Campaigns
Explore a curated selection of marketing projects and campaigns I have led and orchestrated that span across my time working in higher education and as a freelancer.

Undergraduate Prospectus
Supporting prospective students across the UK and world, this is a core recruitment asset. As project manager, I coordinated stakeholders across the institution, managed production timelines, and ensured the final publication authentically connected with students.
Balancing management of my team, strategic planning, and creative direction, the publication has received positive feedback from across the institution and prospective students alike.
Open Days
Open Days are one of the most important recruitment events of the year. As the lead marketing contact for these events, I redesigned and streamlined key digital touchpoints to improve user experiences. This included improving web navigation, producing targeted and personalised communications, and managing social media coverage. This resulted in a 20% increase in engagement time on key webpages and a noticeable reduction in student support queries during peak periods.

Step into Bradley's this Christmas
Aiming to strengthen seasonal engagement and increase customer orders through this campaign, I built a dedicated website and order form, orchestrated social media strategy and content production, developed print materials, and produced assets to feature in stores.
The campaign successful delivered a significant increase in customer orders compared to previous years and received positive client and customer feedback.

Destination Birmingham
Working to challenge negative perceptions of Birmingham, this campaign showcases the city as a vibrant, welcoming and exciting place to live and study. My primary role was leading the social media delivery of the campaign.
Across 13 social media posts, the campaign achieved more than 1.5 million impressions, 20K reactions and 2.5K shares, demonstrating significant audience engagement and reach. Additionally, the Destination Birmingham webpage saw a 185.4% increase in event count and a 156% increase in page views.

Built in Birmingham
Aiming to showcase the career success of our graduates, the campaign highlights the diverse and impactful careers alumni have achieved following our recognition as the most targeted UK university by top graduate employers for two consecutive years.
I led on social media content across the institutional channels which delivered more than 7 million impressions, 65k reactions and 20k shares. The landing page received over 100k views and more than 300k events.
